How does it work?
Are you visiting the Gnome Forest for the first time and want to know how everything works? Here you’ll find all the information you need for a magical visit to our enchanting domain.
Would you like to enjoy a pancake at the restaurant? A reservation is required. Booking is quick and easy through our reservation system, available via the reserve button on our website. You can instantly see if there is a table available at your preferred time, whether on the terrace or inside the restaurant.
– Please provide the total number of people, including children.
– Your table reservation, either inside or outside, is for a standard duration of 2 hours; after that, the table will be reserved for other guests.
– You can make one reservation per day. Multiple bookings will usually be automatically canceled. Otherwise, we will cancel one reservation on the day of your visit.
– You are welcome to arrive one hour earlier to enjoy the playground. Walking the forest trail before your reservation is always possible. Please note that we open at 11:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on Sundays.
– The table will be available at the reserved time, unfortunately not earlier.
– Access to the premises is only granted with a valid reservation.
– Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
– Takeout before your reserved time is only possible if it’s not too busy.
– If you book a table inside, you are required to order a meal, with a minimum spending of €15 per person.
– Your reservation will first be a request, which will be reviewed.
– Upon confirmation of your request, a deposit of €10 per person is required. We charge a €1.75 administration fee. The deposit will be settled on the day of your visit.
– Please note that the deposit of €10 per person is also the minimum spending amount.
– Group reservations cannot be paid for separately.
Would you like to walk the Gnome Trail? No reservation is needed, but you must report to the pancake restaurant. The walk takes about 45 minutes, including fun little tasks.
The activities are especially enjoyable for children between 2 and 7 years old. The Gnome Trail is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible, making it a great outing for the whole family.
