• Mandatory Purchase: To use the playground, you must buy a beverage or food item.
• No Outside Food: It is not permitted to bring your own food or drinks.
• Playground Hours: The playground is only accessible during opening hours. Check the current opening hours here.
• Supervision: Children must always be supervised by an adult while playing.
• Table Preferences: We do our best to accommodate table preferences, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.
• Weapons Ban: It is strictly prohibited to carry weapons. If found, we will immediately contact the police.
• No Aggression: Aggression toward guests or staff is forbidden. Disturbing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Drugs: The possession, use, or trade of drugs is prohibited.
• Pets: Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash.
• Alcohol: By law, we do not serve alcohol to guests under 18. Identification may be requested if age is in doubt.
• Property: Do not remove or relocate any property from our restaurant without permission. You will be held responsible for any damage or vandalism.
• Liability: The Great Gnome Forest is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part. We always strive to find a fair solution.
• Lost and Found: Please hand in any found items to a staff member.
• Allergies: Inform us of any allergies or allergens so we can accommodate your needs.
• CCTV Surveillance: By visiting our restaurant, you agree to possible CCTV surveillance. Recordings may be shared with third parties in the event of disturbances or accidents.
• Photos and Filming: Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, avoid areas where filming is taking place, or kindly ask our team not to include you.

Anyone visiting the grounds and pancake house of the Great Gnome Forest automatically and unconditionally agrees to the terms of these house rules.
